Friends and companions, 2.5 years ago searching for a better world has led us to create the first online community around the Zeitgeist movement in Greece.

The experiences gained through our involvement with the movement were many and valuable. Friendships were created based on the importance of a shared vision. Along with them came meaningless rivalries and confrontations, byproducts of the competitive society in which we all have been raised.

Through this set of stimuli and experiences we obtained very useful information.

The continuous development and constant change towards a better and more efficient society is a basic principle of the world we envision, we came to the conclusion that working entirely through the Internet to spread the ideas of the movement, was inefficient to say the least.

We found that only with the personal contact, presenting real examples of our proposal and producing practical solutions to the problems of people there can be real progress that can bring tangible results towards our common goal.

In the course of this development, with the vision of the Venus Project to inspire us, the same people who started this whole effort in Greece, founded in October 2010, the Non-Profit Organization "Pangea" in collaboration with Jacque Fresco and Roxanne Meadows.

We believe that kinematical action towards a better world can not be achieved without setting a goal, for us this is the social model proposed by The Venus Project and the Resource Based Economy; unfortunately many people involved with the movement continue to ignore that this is the goal of The Zeitgeist Movement.

With the creation of Pangea we focus on the objective and we intend to create those tools, instruments and conditions that will help us lead a peaceful social transition from the current sick situation to a society which is based on Resources as proposed by TVP.

We hope that our actions will set an example for other groups of people whose vision is a radical redesign and change of our society towards the direction of VP and the Resource Based Economy.

The shutdown of thezeitgeistmovement.gr for us is part of a continuing journey towards real change and NOT the ending credits of a great effort.

We sincerely thank everyone who supported, helped and worked with us in these 2.5 years with passion and enthusiasm, from our side we want this relationship to continue until the final fulfillment of our common goals.
